Construction Notice – Pointer Ridge South Park (June 29-September 30)
Please be advised that construction improvements at Pointer Ridge South Park (Jack & Jill Park) (15901 Penn Manor Lane, Bowie, MD) are underway and will continue through September 30, 2026. The project includes site grading, concrete work, rubber paving, installation of new park furnishings, landscaping improvements, and other related construction activities.
During construction, portions of the park may be closed or inaccessible. Patrons are asked to use caution around work areas and follow all posted signage and directions. While this is a small neighborhood park and impacts are expected to be minimal, visitors may notice construction equipment, materials, and crews on site throughout the project. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these improvements for the community.
